No.6 Kexueyuan South Road, Zhongguancun Haidian District, Beijing, China 100190

I’m a third-year master majoring in Computer Sciences at Key Lab of Network Data Science and Technology, Institute of Computing Technology (ICT), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). I received my bachelor’s degree of Software Engineering at Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT).

I’m broadly interested in natural language processing and understanding. My current research interest is event extraction using weakly supervised methods.

I believe machines can automate the process of integrating and analyzing information at a scale intenable by humans. Such a system helps people make well-informed decisions in areas such as financial investment, medical care, educational choice and more.

I did not start doing research until April 2018. Previously in my undergraduate years, I worked as an iOS developer in my school lab and led a WI Input Method team. I spent my first graduate year attending AI-related classes and half of the second year doing projects and data contests. After experiencing both engineering and research, I found research is the niche for me and have decided to pursue a Ph.D. degree after finishing the master (Applying for Fall 2019).
